The agreement includes an increase in wage scales, DA, special pay, and incentive bonus schemes, HRA increased to Rs. 340 per month, washing allowance to Rs. 50 per month, increase in night shift allowance, retirement benefit set at Rs. 8500, LTA at Rs. 2500 for a 2 years cycle, medical reimbursement increased to Rs. 1200 per year, housing loans to Rs. 12000 for 1200 eligible employees, revised production targets, etc. |
