Abstract: | A sampling tailor complains about line master's behaviour towards him and frequent use of abuses and especially attacks on his caste identity. He was dismissed from this post of an operator. The FIR for line manager's threats for physical action against the petitioner. Letter to the SHO along with worker's identity card, and appeal before the court to process the complaint registered in the FIR. The SHO responded that enquiry was underway for the complaint. |
Description: | The petitioner filed a complaint against threats of violence, abuses and unfair dismissal from the line manager. The petitioner reported actions in a FIR and requested action from the SHO and the court for a trial and enquiry for the dispute. The petitioner also demanded security and action in accordance with rules of the Supreme and High courts. |
