The sub-collection contains A) Documents related to the 3rd International Conference of Textile, Clothing, and Leatherworkers. B) Draft document for the 3rd International Conference of Textile, Clothing, and Leather Workers. The draft document consists of resolutions on situation and struggles on the international level, for the free development of production and world trade, development and progress in production technology and techniques, production and capital concentration; monopolist policy and structural changes, economic and social results; problems facing the workers and trade unions, labour struggles; their objective and results along with trade union movement in the socialist countries and prospect of progress in international unity of action.
